Job Description for Customer Support at Karobar App
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure the resolution of their issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge base of the company’s products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in Customer Relation Management
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision on a daily basis
- Customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency with computers and basic software
Salary / Stipend
Monthly Payment as per the negotiation.
