Job Description
Our client is looking for a talented Junior Frontend Developer to join their team. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the React.js/Next.js. You will work closely with their team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet their clients’ needs.
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Experience:- Minimum of 1 year experience on React and a few projects on Next.js
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Developing new user-facing features using React
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React / Next.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React / Next.js workflows
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Knowledge of PWA / AMP will be a plus
