Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Data Research / Lead Generation Specialist to join their team. The primary role of this position is to meticulously gather and verify Australian business data, including business owners’ names, contact details, business sizes, and revenue estimates. This data will be crucial for our sales team to effectively reach out and tailor their pitches to prospective clients.

 

Our client is an Australian digital marketing agency growing rapidly. They specialise in crafting customised marketing solutions that help businesses enhance their online presence, drive engagement, and increase revenue. Our approach combines innovative strategies with cutting-edge technology to deliver measurable results for our clients.

The recruitment process is managed by the TalentSathi team (Sister Venture of InternSathi for recruitment), ensuring a thorough and fair selection process.

The work is in line with AEST (GMT+10) from 9am – 5:30pm.

 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:data res

  • Utilise tools such as ZoomInfo to research and compile accurate data on businesses and business owners within specified industries and regions.
  • Verify the accuracy of the data collected and update our databases regularly.
  • Analyse business sales and revenue to categorise leads based on potential value and suitability for our services.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to the sales team to aid in developing effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure data relevancy and accuracy.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data research or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with data sourcing tools, particularly ZoomInfo.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM software.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a marketing or sales environment.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing industry and its key players.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations.
