Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join their team. As an AI Engineer on their team, you will play a core role in executing our ambitious roadmap. You’ll use cutting-edge technologies to create futuristic AI Agents capable of processing text, images, videos, and audio. Your arsenal will include advanced software engineering and data science capabilities, traditional NLP tools (“pre-ChatGPT”), as well as the most revolutionary, state-of-the-art models.
You’ll be tasked with staying ahead of the AI innovation curve, constantly identifying and integrating the latest breakthroughs and game-changing developments into our projects.
Location: Kupondole, Lalitpur
Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and implement AI-based components, from initial testing and validation to production.
– Take end-to-end ownership of projects such as intent detection, model fine-tuning, and AI based recommendation system.
– Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, sales, and other stakeholders to better understand feature requirements.
– Conduct data analysis, including user feedback, to derive business-relevant insights.
Requirements:
– A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
– At least 4 years of experience in an AI Engineer role or a similar position (e.g., NLP Data Scientist, ML Engineer).
– Strong proficiency in Python, with a record of writing clean, efficient, and production-ready code.
– A proactive learning attitude with a constant interest in quickly adapting to and mastering new technologies and AI methodologies.
– We’re also open to an experience backend engineer (3+ years) with a portfolio of projects demonstrating your AI capabilities and data science skills.
