Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in developing dynamic and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of React.js and its core principles, a passion for front-end development, and the ability to
work collaboratively in a team environment.
Location: Ekantakuna, Lalitpur
Working hours: 11:30am – 8:30pm, Mon-Fri
Job Type: Onsite, at Office during probation period after that remote
They will be working on outsourcing projects so the employment term shall be project
based.

Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and
browsers - Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX
designs - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
– 4-6 years of professional experience in front-end development
– Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
– Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
– Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
– Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
– Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
– Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
– Familiarity with RESTful APIs
– Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
– Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
– Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
– A knack for benchmarking and optimization
– Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
– Experience with TypeScript
– Familiarity with testing frameworks (such as Jest, Enzyme)
– Knowledge of GraphQL
– Experience with server-side rendering
– Strong understanding of responsive web design principles
