Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 yrs of  UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
