Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Chat Support Representatives. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via chat, resolving their queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This is a night shift role, perfect for those who prefer working during the evening hours.
Job Title: Chat Support Representative
Location: Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu (Back Side of Traditional Comfort Hotel)
Shift Timings: 10 PM – 8 AM (2 Hrs Break)
Salary: Up to NPR 30,000 + Incentives
Experience Level: Freshers are welcome to apply
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and relevant information about products and services
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, account issues, and general queries
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure all interactions are positive
- Follow standard procedures and guidelines to handle customer concerns
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets and goals
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum High School (SLC/SEE) or equivalent
- Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Skills:
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Good typing speed with accuracy
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online chat tools
- Availability: Willingness to work night shifts from 10 PM to 8 AM
