Job Description
We are seeking skilled Python Developers experienced in backend development, AI/ML, and data management. Ideal candidates should have solid expertise in Python and backend systems to enhance application efficiency, data security, and scalability.
This is a remote opportunity, and candidates will join a dynamic team to manage and optimize our backend systems while also supporting AI/ML and data-driven tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable APIs to support seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard sensitive data, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Integrate secure and reliable payment solutions, handling transactions efficiently while ensuring customer data protection.
- Enhance backend infrastructure to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Oversee database design, optimization, and integration with the backend, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Diagnose and resolve backend issues to maintain system reliability and reduce downtime.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in backend development, particularly with scalable, secure systems.
- Proficiency in Python and Django.
- Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with data protection standards, encryption techniques, and secure coding practices.
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimizing backend performance.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with frontend teams, product managers, and stakeholders.
