We are hiring a Sales Manager for our client, a dynamic business specializing in premium coffee, innovative technology services, and consulting solutions for the hospitality industry. This role involves leading a team of interns, driving sales, and delivering exceptional solutions—from coffee products to POS systems and cybersecurity training—to businesses like cafes, restaurants, and hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, industry expertise, and a passion for enhancing operational efficiency in the hospitality sector.

Candidate’s Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of interns to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify, engage, and convert leads to drive business development in the hospitality sector.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, showcasing the value of products and services.
- Stay updated on offerings, including coffee products, POS systems, and cybersecurity training.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the client base and revenue.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure individual and team KPIs are met and adjust strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Provide training and coaching to interns to enhance their sales skills and performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the hospitality or technology sector.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams with a focus on sales performance.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly in coffee-related services and technology products.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing effective strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage with C-suite executives.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience handling complex contracts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and a tech-savvy approach to sales operations.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
