Job Description
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced UIUX Designer to join their growing team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our enterprise software products, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences. You will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of designing complex and efficient user interfaces.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
● Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to understand user needs and converge them
into effective UIUX designs.
● Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and
inform design decisions.
● Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools.
● Ensure designs adhere to branding guidelines and accessibility standards.
● Develop and maintain UI component libraries.
● Participate in code reviews and collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of
designs.
Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience as a UIUX Designer.
● Proven experience designing user interfaces for complex enterprise software domains (ERP).
● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies (e.g. design thinking,
user research, usability testing).
● Solid understanding of Material Design 3 principles and guidelines.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
