Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Head to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both advertising agency operations and printing/packaging processes. This role involves overseeing the development and execution of creative advertising campaigns, coordinating with clients, and managing the design and production of packaging materials.

Responsibilities:
1. Product Development
– Research and development new trends for new bottles and packaging.
– Lead creative projects including developing ideas, presenting concepts, and managing execution
– Pitch ideas confidently and present their creative vision clearly to the Management team, as well as
communicate in the same manner to members of their creative team.
– Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
2. Campaign Planning
– Develop ideas for brand promotion campaigns in order to establish brand presence and
engagement with the target audience.
– Get involved in Motion, TVC Video, and Animated video Design, Storyboarding, and production
for brands to meet the visual storytelling, aesthetics, and brief.
– Communicate and send briefs with creative Agencies for the Campaign requirements
– Get involved in social media campaigns and suggest ideas and directions.
– Ensure that all of the organization’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
3. Packaging and Lebel Design
– Develop innovative and engaging design concepts that align with brand objectives and target
audience.
– Conceptualize, design & prepare packaging design prototypes for upcoming and existing brands
which requires working on designs for bottle labels, mono cartons, cartons, caps,s and shrink wrap.
4. Branding, Merchandise Designs
– Printing and publishing works that meet the brand standards and colors.
– Conceptualize and create print digital advertisements for brand promotion.
5. Brand Management
– Get involved in all kinds of our brand performances and activities and monitor brand visibilities and standards, make brand guidelines in all forms of physical branding and ensure print and brand requirements.
– Brand identity, guideline designs with internationally accepted guidelines.
6. Guidance and supervision
– Assign, direct, and monitor design works to fellow designers and follow up with designers and follow up and verify design works performed by the designers
– Ensure print and brand requirements
– Verify, approve, and suggest changes to Social media Designs
– Foster a collaborative and creative environment that encourages team members to excel and
grow.
7. Support and Interdepartmental Collaboration
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and
sales, to align design initiatives with overall business objectives.
– Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with
project goals.
– All print related works including promotional graphics and editorial designs such as booklets
and magazine layout designs.
– Prepare interior design works and layouts and work closely with vendors to achieve as per
designs for company branding where necessary.
– Other products label design works
– Invitation and other design work for the company Stakeholders, friends, and families
9. Research and Development
– Engage in Research and development in upcoming products and trends and competitors in
market.
– Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design.
– Research new promotion materials and development samples.
– Research AI trends and their functions in Design.
10. Social Media
– Get involved in social media campaigns and suggest ideas and directions.
– Help in content generation to be posted on social media.
– Design special day posts and video content for social media.
– Design all content and posts for special events and campaigns.
Job Specifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Proven experience (usually 5+ years) in a creative leadership role, preferably within a design
agency or corporate environment.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various mediums (print, digital,
multimedia).
4. Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign), Sketch, or similar.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team
members.
6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results
through design.
