Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer with a strong focus on automation, programming, and performance testing using JMeter. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.
Working hours: Around 6:30am- 2:45 pm NPT

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for various software applications.
- Perform performance testing using JMeter to assess system capacity, reliability, and scalability.
- Identify, log, and track bugs, defects, and issues, collaborating closely with the development team to resolve them.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage by designing and implementing functional, regression, and performance tests.
- Write and maintain test cases, test plans, and other QA documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and meet quality standards.
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and suggest performance improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality best practices.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in QA automation, including scripting and execution.
- Proficiency in using JMeter for performance testing.
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex software issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
