These reflect how actively a candidate is job-hunting right now. Cold candidates are passive — they haven't logged in recently or applied to many roles. Warm candidates have some activity. Hot candidates are actively applying, have their 'open to work' flag on, and a complete profile. Hotter = higher intent = higher credit cost.
Always Warm — regardless of their general activity score. The act of applying to your specific listing is treated as a direct intent signal. You pay the Warm rate to unlock their contact details.
Verified candidates are sourced and screened by our team on a phone call. We confirm their salary expectation, notice period, joining date, and available interview slots before they appear on the platform. Because all this is confirmed by a human, they cost more to unlock.
No — never. One unlock per employer–candidate pair, permanent. If you've already unlocked someone, you see their full details everywhere on the platform at no additional cost.
No. Once purchased, credits stay in your account indefinitely.
