Job Description

Our client is seeking a driven and resourceful Sales Executive to expand our business by identifying and evaluating potential prospects and delivering solutions that meet client needs. The role demands excellent communication, industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.

Must have 2-wheeler and valid driving license

Key Responsibilities:

Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the
industry and researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sell products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
and recommending solutions.
• Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and
upgrades
• Gain an understanding of customers’ specific business needs and apply product knowledge to
meet them
• Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical
specifications and other features of systems and processes, and then documenting them
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance,
researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends,
market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and
deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers
• Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and
attending industry events
• Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature
• Manage workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.
• Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering
technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved
processes, and mentoring team members.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing
professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks and benchmarking
best practices.

Resquirements:
• Must have an MBA degree
• 3-4 years of experience in the related field
• A good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial
uses
• Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
• Confident presentation skills and a professional telephone manner
• Time-management skills, customer-focus and negotiation skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail and work well in teams
