Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (C++) with extensive experience in developing high-performance systems using modern C++ standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about system-level programming, collaborative, and driven to work on innovative projects in a hybrid work environment.
Job Type: Hybrid
Location: Krishna Galli Marg, Lalitpur
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance software systems.
- Write efficient and clean code in C++ or other system-level languages like Rust.
- Optimize code for performance, including profiling and benchmarking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
- Formal English qualification (e.g., Cambridge C1/C2 or equivalent).
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in C++, ideally C++17 or C++20, with a deep understanding of system-level programming.
- Strong experience in profiling and benchmarking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work as part of a team.
Bonus Qualifications / Experience:
- Hands-on experience with C++20.
- Experience working on high-performance systems, such as HFT (High-Frequency Trading) or infrastructure development.
- Knowledge of asynchronous or event-based systems.
