Job Description
Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager who can lead our human resources initiatives, foster a positive work culture, and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and capable of managing all HR functions effectively.
Location: Sorhakhutte, Kathmandu
Working days: 6 days a week, Sun- Fri
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the Acting Head of HR, overseeing all human resource activities.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
– Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
– Manage employee performance reviews and career development plans.
– Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
– Support management in decision-making by providing HR insights and strategies.
– Foster a positive work culture and address employee grievances effectively.
Requirements:
– Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed).
– Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in the HR field.
– Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and management abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in HR tools and software.
– Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
– Must demonstrate the ability to act as the Acting Head of HR when required.
– A proactive and strategic approach to HR management.
