Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge AI Agents. You will play a pivotal role in building intelligent systems capable of understanding, learning, and performing complex tasks autonomously. Your expertise in AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and working with APIs like GPT or similar will be critical in shaping the future of our intelligent solutions.

Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents with advanced capabilities in decision-making, reasoning, and problem-solving.
– Utilize APIs from GPT, OpenAI, or other advanced AI platforms to build and customize AI solutions as per project requirements.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and integrate AI Agents into existing systems.
– Implement conversational AI features, including voice/text interfaces, for seamless user interactions.
– Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation for training AI systems.
– Monitor and evaluate AI Agent performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and robustness.
– Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning to implement innovative techniques.
– Write and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and codebases.
Qualifications:
Required:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
– Proven experience developing AI models, frameworks, or agents.
– Hands-on experience working with APIs like GPT, OpenAI, or other large language model platforms.
– Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
– Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning architectures.
– Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
– Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
– Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred:
– Experience with reinforcement learning, autonomous agents, or generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLMs).
– Knowledge of multi-agent systems and distributed AI.
– Familiarity with MLOps practices for CI/CD pipelines in AI development.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in AI technologies.
