The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining blockchain-based solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and IT systems management.

They are looking for a talented Blockchain Developers and IT Specialist to join our team and develop MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) bots, starting with Solana and expanding to other blockchain platforms.

Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Develop, deploy, and maintain MEV bots on Solana and other blockchain platforms.
•⁠ ⁠Design and implement algorithms for trading strategies, including arbitrage, front-running, back-running, and sandwich attacks.
•⁠ ⁠Write, deploy, and interact with smart contracts on various blockchains.
•⁠ ⁠Analyze blockchain data to identify and exploit MEV opportunities.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure the security and efficiency of smart contracts and trading algorithms.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MEV solutions with existing systems.
•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology and MEV strategies.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
•⁠ ⁠Blockchain Expertise:
– Strong understanding of Solana’s architecture, consensus mechanism, and programming languages (Rust, Solana Program Library).
– Knowledge of other blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot) and their respective technologies.
– Experience with cross-chain communication protocols and bridges.
•⁠ ⁠MEV Knowledge:
– In-depth understanding of MEV concepts and searcher ecosystems.
•⁠ ⁠Smart Contract Development:
– Proficiency in Rust for Solana, Solidity for Ethereum, and other relevant languages.
– Experience with smart contract security best practices.
•⁠ ⁠Programming Skills:
– Proficiency in Rust, Solidity, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
•⁠ ⁠Algorithm Design:
– Experience in designing and implementing trading algorithms.
•⁠ ⁠Data Analysis:
– Skills in data analysis and manipulation using tools like Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL.
•⁠ ⁠Cryptography:
– Understanding of cryptographic principles applied in blockchain technology.

Professional Skills:
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in developing and deploying bots on blockchain platforms.
•⁠ ⁠Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) projects and protocols.
