Job Description
Responsibilities:
- New vendors acquisition (Sales in B2B):
- Market research, generating leads, prospecting through cold calls, setting up and attending sales calls and meetings, follow-up, and CRM updates, direct communication with vendors(for the assigned accounts), and building and retaining relationships with existing vendors and buyers.
- Strategizing and planning marketing strategies.
- Assist in developing and updating all (seller, buyer, and events) marketing materials (in print and online)
- General assistance and organizational support to the BD.
- Primary market research and lead conversions.
- Creating content and handling Social Media Channels.
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Perform research at a supervisor’s request
- Identify operational weaknesses and contribute to improving or innovating new processes.
- Build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting
- Conduct research, make plans, and bring in new ideas for the department.
Profile:
- Motivated to work with tight deadlines and ambitious targets
- Passionate about closing deals under pressure and in a high pace environment (Experience in sales, customer-facing role, B2B environment, E-Commerce is a plus).
- Outstanding communication skills (oral and written)
- Able to process a large amount of information quickly and take decisions to solve problems.
- Capable to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
- Currently a student or graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management, or similar
- Eager to learn about B2B e-commerce and business development.
