Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • New vendors acquisition (Sales in B2B):
  • Market research, generating leads, prospecting through cold calls, setting up and attending sales calls and meetings, follow-up, and CRM updates, direct communication with vendors(for the assigned accounts), and building and retaining relationships with existing vendors and buyers.
  • Strategizing and planning marketing strategies.
  • Assist in developing and updating all (seller, buyer, and events) marketing materials (in print and online)
  • General assistance and organizational support to the BD.
  • Primary market research and lead conversions.
  • Creating content and handling Social Media Channels.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Perform research at a supervisor’s request
  • Identify operational weaknesses and contribute to improving or innovating new processes.
  • Build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting
  • Conduct research, make plans, and bring in new ideas for the department.

Profile:

  • Motivated to work with tight deadlines and ambitious targets
  • Passionate about closing deals under pressure and in a high pace environment (Experience in sales, customer-facing role, B2B environment, E-Commerce is a plus).
  • Outstanding communication skills (oral and written)
  • Able to process a large amount of information quickly and take decisions to solve problems.
  • Capable to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
  • Currently a student or graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management, or similar
  • Eager to learn about B2B e-commerce and business development.
