Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our client’s team. The BDO will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Company Overview: An IT-based company, is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to help us grow.

Experience: 1-3+Years

Salary = 20 – 60 k (Negotiable )

Location: Khumaltar-15, Lalitpur

Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
• Execute strategies to surpass sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth.
2. Strategic Marketing:
• Collaborate on impactful marketing campaigns.
• Utilize channels to enhance product visibility and brand presence.
3. Client Engagement:
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction.
• Gather feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Reporting:
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1-3+ year experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication and results-driven mindset.
• Those who own a two-wheel vehicle are preferred.
