Key Responsibilities
Financial Management and Planning
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial projections and forecasts.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and minimize risks.

- Provide insights into financial trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Financial Analysis and Reporting

- Oversee the preparation of financial reports in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Assist in formulating strategies to drive financial growth and efficiency.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor internal financial controls and improve processes to mitigate risks.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
General Financial Oversight
- Handle all aspects of financial management, including taxation, audits, investments, and reconciliations.
- Support management in strategic decision-making by providing expert financial advice.
- Monitor and manage the organization’s financial resources effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with valid certification.
- Proven experience in financial management, analysis, and planning.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Tally, SAP, Excel).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
