About eMediWare:
eMediWare is cloud-based, paperless electronic medical/Health record (EMR/EHR) software that works on a subscription model to help health service providers like hospitals, clinics, and pathology laboratories manage instant appointments, patient records, reports, prescriptions, invoices, and other management tasks to manage internal operations as well as patients’ and doctors’ activities. eMediWare provides paperless digital solutions to hospitals and clinicians to handle different issues like faster access to information, improving profitability, and utilizing their resources efficiently.
About the Role:
We want a young, active person who is eager to learn about our company by helping out in different departments. You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data, and attend meetings where you will be asked to take minutes.
To be successful, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.
Requirements:
- A final year student or recent graduate.
- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation, reach out, market services and generate sales.
- Develop strategies and procedures as per industry trends.
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
- Manage CRM tools (i.e HubSpot) and answer customer queries.
- Participate in email marketing send appropriate message to the target customers.
- Participate in digital marketing and advertising to promote relevant content on social media platforms such asLinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Team worker to achieve the goal.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
