Job Description
We are seeking a Cyber Threat Malware Freelancer Analyst to research, analyze, and assess malware threats and TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures). You will play a critical role in identifying potential risks through network sniffing, sandbox investigations, and lead analysis. This is a full-time freelance opportunity for an experienced analyst passionate about cybersecurity and malware detection.
Scope: Full-time
Job Type: Hybrid
Location: Krishna Galli Marg, Lalitpur
Responsibilities:
● Research and analysis of multiple fraudulent and threat intelligence sources to assess threats and TTP’s of malware.
● Collect and analyze leads, including the ability to dynamically investigate a lead in a sandbox and evaluate potential risks.
● Network Sniffing and Analysis
Requirements:
● OSINT abilities
● Python development experience
● Knowledge of YARA, traffic investigation, sandboxing (able to see the behavior and
decide if it looks malicious).
● High communication skills
Optional:
● Familiarity with Android applications investigation using tools like MobSF
● Java language
