Job Description

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and organized Data Processing Manager to oversee the daily operations of data processing tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient data entry, processing, and analysis. Data Processing Manager (DPM) is vital for managing the entire data processing pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Data Processing & Troubleshooting
– Dedicated to the part that requires manpower in the data processing process
– Resolve data processing problems together with the relevant department
– Managing data processing and workflow
– Monitoring data quality and accuracy
– Ensuring data compliance
– Work closely with different teams and stakeholders to ensure timely data delivery and resolve any data-related issues

 

Responsibility for end-line
– Once the user uploads data, the policy is to complete the data processing within 24 hours.
– As the Data Processing Manager (DPM), it is your responsibility to complete the task as soon as possible after it is assigned to you
– To meet the 24-hour deadline, it is recommended that you complete the data processing task within 2 hours of receiving it
– Your responsibilities as the DPM include overseeing the data processing team, conducting quality control checks, troubleshooting issues that arise, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow
– The timely and accurate completion of data processing tasks is critical to the success of the project and the satisfaction of our users

Frequency of data processing
– On average, the workload involves processing data 50-55 times per week, including weekends
– The workload includes processing data 6-8 times per day on average, with data processing typically occurring between 9:00 and 20:00 KST (5:45 – 16:45 NPT)
– Overtime may be required if data processing problems arise
– Even on Saturdays, the workload involves an average of 3-5 data processing tasks
– On average, it takes 30-50 minutes to process each piece of data
– If there is a problem with data processing, it may require 2 hours or more of processing time, depending on the situation and the need for communication with the relevant team

 

Requirements:

– **High level of Communication skill**
– For stable data processing, it is necessary to be able to communicate with relevant departments in Korea
– Proficient in communication in English (both written and verbal)
– Over 1 year of company experience in data operations and data management in the GIS industry or related field is required

**Preferred Qualifications**
– Experience in using GIS software like ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.
– Experience in using Photogrammetry software like Pix4d, Meta shape, etc.
– High level of general interest and understanding of IT technology
– Experience in flying or managing flight plan UAVs like drones, VTOL, etc.
