Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with experience in MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) bots to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our MEV bot infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment, operation, and scaling of our systems.
Salary:150000-300000

Responsibilities:
– Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the deployment of MEV bots on Solana and other blockchain platforms.
– Automate the deployment, monitoring, and management of backend services.
– Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of the systems.
– Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
– Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
– Manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
– Maintain and optimize container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
– Implement and manage security best practices across the development and deployment lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
CI/CD Pipeline Management:
– Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Travis CI.
Automation and Scripting:
– Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go for automation tasks.
Containerization and Orchestration:
– Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Infrastructure as Code:
– Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Cloud Services:
– Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean.
Monitoring and Logging:
– Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
Blockchain Knowledge:
– Basic understanding of blockchain architecture, especially Solana, Ethereum, and other relevant platforms.
Professional Skills:
– Proven experience in a DevOps role, supporting development and operations teams.
– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
– Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to development teams and stakeholders.
Tools and Frameworks:
– Experience with version control systems (Git).
– Familiarity with blockchain development tools (Truffle, Hardhat, Anchor) is a plus.
– Knowledge of security tools and best practices for DevOps.
Soft Skills:
– Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and environments.
– High attention to detail to ensure system accuracy and security.
– Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
