Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Accountant. As an Entry-Level Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks such as preparing and maintaining financial records, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  • Helping to prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries and general ledger accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Reconciling bank statements and investigating any discrepancies
  • Helping with budget preparation and monitoring
  • Assisting with audits and tax returns
  • Providing support to the accounting team as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
  • Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information
