Job Description

As a Facebook and Google Ads Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our client’s marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of Facebook and google ads management, an analytical mindset, and a knack for optimizing campaigns to increase ROI.

Location: Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur

Job Type: Full Time, On-site

Salary: 35k to 60K

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects.
  • Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation, and appropriate action plans based on conclusions.
  • Communicate with team members and clients regularly to discuss strategy, adjust media plans, and provide a comprehensive campaign overview.
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
  • Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on Facebook and Google Ads and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Support the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field or Proven experience as a Facebook and Google Ads Manager or similar role.
  • Experience in managing moderate to large-scale Facebook and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience in Facebook ads, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
