Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Functional consultant to join their team. Our client stands as a prominent figure in the IT services sector, specializing in software development and web solutions with a team size exceeding 50 professionals. Their commitment spans across Nepali and international markets, where they tackle global challenges with digital innovations, enhancing business outcomes for their clients worldwide. Their suite of products includes Academic ERP, Hospital ERP, Accounting Solutions and management systems.

Location: Sankhamul Kathmandu

Job Description:

  • Creating and maintaining relationships with clients and managing their accounts including meeting with Senior leadership to assess needs and progress
  • Conducting needs assessments to determine where improvement can be made
  • Developing strategies to improve communication between departments or teams where needed
  • Conducting training sessions on new software applications in order to help users adapt to new technology within their field
  • Presenting findings to clients in a clear and concise manner so they can understand how the changes will affect their organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, BBA, BBS).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
  • Prior working experience in the IT Field Will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
  • Strong Knowledge of Accounting Software
  • Effective communication skills
  • Analytical skills to analyze financial figures and troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Positive work attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and self-driven with good initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
