Job Description
Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Functional consultant to join their team. Their suite of products includes Academic ERP, Hospital ERP, Accounting Solutions and management systems.
Location: Sankhamul Kathmandu
Job Description:
- Creating and maintaining relationships with clients and managing their accounts including meeting with Senior leadership to assess needs and progress
- Conducting needs assessments to determine where improvement can be made
- Developing strategies to improve communication between departments or teams where needed
- Conducting training sessions on new software applications in order to help users adapt to new technology within their field
- Presenting findings to clients in a clear and concise manner so they can understand how the changes will affect their organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, BBA, BBS).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
- Prior working experience in the IT Field Will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
- Strong Knowledge of Accounting Software
- Effective communication skills
- Analytical skills to analyze financial figures and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Positive work attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, proactive, and self-driven with good initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
