Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Mid-Level Graphics Designer to join our clent’s team (IT company) . The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, social media design, print collateral, video editing, and promotional video creation.
The location for the first month will be work from home, and afterward, it will be Sankhamul, Kathmandu.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for various purposes including social media, flyers, marketing collateral, and more.
- Create and edit videos for promotional purposes, including promo videos, product demos, and social media content.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design assets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and design tools to continuously improve design quality.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in social media design and creating engaging content.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
- Experience with print production processes and preparing files for print.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of illustration and vector art.
- Familiarity with content management systems for uploading and managing digital assets.
