Job Description

Our client is looking for a dynamic and organized HR and Admin Executive to manage administrative tasks, handle procurement processes, and collaborate with agencies to support organizational projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent multitasking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
HR & Administrative Work
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow and resolve employee queries.
Procurement Work
  • Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and timelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate records of purchases.
Agency and Project Coordination
  • Act as a liaison with external agencies for project execution and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, deadlines, and budgets in coordination with the agency.
  • Communicate organizational requirements to agencies and ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on project milestones and challenges to the management team.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, admin, or procurement roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and project coordination.
