Job Description
We are hiring for a Korean-based startup company that believes technology is an important tool to solve various problems in industry and society as it serves as a driving force that makes humanity more prosperous. With drone technology, we aim to empower others and help solve their problems to pursue a better life.
The company started with a drone mapping project to help Nepal recover from the disastrous earthquake back in 2015. Through this project, we realized the possibility of creating new value by combining drone and photogrammetry technology, and we are convinced that technology could bring positive change to society.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-quality candidates across various roles, levels, and departments.
– Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
– Implement best practices for candidate assessment and selection, utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques and other relevant evaluation methods.
– Develop and monitor key recruitment metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management to drive data-informed decisions.
– Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the recruitment process.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
– Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations, promoting fairness, equity, and a positive work environment.
– Provide guidance and support to line managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
– Manage and continuously improve HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other tools to streamline HR processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
HR Development (HRD):
– Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels.
– Identify high-potential employees and develop succession planning strategies to ensure a talent pipeline for critical positions.
– Conduct performance assessments and talent reviews, providing feedback to employees and managers to support professional growth.
– Facilitate employee engagement surveys and initiatives to gauge employee satisfaction and drive employee retention.
– Develop and deliver HR training programs for employees and managers to enhance HR knowledge and practices across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
– **At least 5 years of experience** in the field of human resources.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve recruitment goals.
– Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of successfully closing difficult or high-level talent acquisitions.
– A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and a passion for talent acquisition.
– Background in diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies, emphasizing a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
– **Fluent in Korean** Not Compulsory but Preferred.
– Previous experience in employer branding and talent marketing, showcasing the ability to promote the company’s unique culture and opportunities to potential candidates.
– Strong networking skills and an established industry network, can facilitate access to passive candidates and enhance the company’s employer brand.
– Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret recruitment data and metrics, allowing data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
– Experience in conducting talent market research and competitive analysis, enabling the identification of talent trends and best practices to gain a competitive advantage in attracting top talent.
5 days working days (Monday – Friday)-Work from Home
– Working time can be chosen from 7 -9 am (Starting time) to 4 – 6 pm (ending time) NPT
– Total 9 hours with an hour of lunch break
