Job Description
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Graphic Designer. The perfect candidate has a strong sense of design, an eye for detail, and the ability to create distinct graphics.
Our client is a B2B marketing and distribution company aimed at solving procurement problems for SME and large enterprises across Nepal as well as providing quality imported products to consumers. It is currently in the process of building a core team and scale their operations both in B2B andB2C sectors. This would require building trustworthiness and quality in existing markets to compete in global markets, for future. Part of this growth is hiring the right people to fill critical. Under the company, they have 4 more companies in the D2C and B2C market which has aspirations to sell in the India, Australia, USA and European markets.
The recruitment process is managed by the TalentSathi team (Sister Venture of InternSathi for recruitment), ensuring a thorough and fair selection process.
Working hours : 2 days a week or depends (10 – 2/3 pm)
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- This position will be responsible for all the marketing materials.
- The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual solutions to help drive the organization’s strategic priorities and other key projects.
- Lead in the process and system building for creating a brand including style scape, logo, color, etc.
- Create assets across all of our channels: app, web, display, social, and other digital touchpoints.
- Work within the requirements of our creative process.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High Attention to detail in updating documents and reviewing documents/workflows.
Requirements:
- 1 years plus of design production experience, using a combination of the following graphics packaged software: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (Adobe Cloud).
- Experience in creating a visual brand – frominitial logo and brand specifications through execution across multiple channels – is key.
- Excellent typesetting skills are highly desirable.
- Understanding and sensitivity to a multicultural environment.
- Have excellent type and layout skills paired with a strong design aesthetic.
