Junior Graphics Designer in Kathmandu at Reputed IT Company

We are looking for a dynamic Junior Graphics Designer to support our clients in creating visually appealing and impactful designs. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to understand their design needs and produce high-quality graphics that align with their brand identity.

Job Description 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  1. Graphic Design: Create visually captivating designs for various marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
  2. Innovation: Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions, staying updated on industry trends and incorporating the latest design techniques.
  3. Brand Alignment: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and effectively convey the desired message.
  4. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of design quality and consistency across all projects.
  5. Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a team, incorporating feedback and contributing to a positive and creative work environment.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience of 6-12+ months as an intern or job as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  2. Design Skills: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  3. Software Proficiency: Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  4. Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and concepts effectively.
  5. Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team, take constructive feedback positively, and contribute to a collaborative work atmosphere.
