Junior HR (1+ Year Experience) in Jawlakhel at the Leading ISP of Nepal

About Company

We are seeking a Junior HR professional with at least 1 year of experience to join our esteemed ISP company in Nepal. As a Junior HR, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations related to employee management and HRIS software.

Job Description 

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, and assist in the selection process.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS software, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring necessary documentation is completed.
  • Support employee offboarding process by conducting exit interviews and updating employee records accordingly.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Collaborate with the HR team in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management as required.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.


NPR 25,000 – 30,000 per month

Qualification for Junior HR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR functions, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using HRIS software and familiarity with HR processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws and regulations in Nepal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
