Hiring Junior Java Developer

Job Description 

  • Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the design and development of Java applications.
  • Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code using Java programming language and associated frameworks.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Assist in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting software issues to ensure smooth application functionality.
  • Contribute to the improvement of existing software applications by suggesting enhancements and implementing necessary changes.
  • Stay updated with the latest Java development trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Document code and application functionality for future reference and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Qualification for Junior Java Developer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and concepts.
  • Proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or JavaFX.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web application development.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
