Job Description

Responsibilities
- Promotion update in social ads
- Updating all services of client with the help of Operation Assistant
- Sending billing request
- Assigning and collecting ad reports, page reports and other supportings.
- Updating bill no. in optimus in Contract section after the completion of month
- Promotion of clients
- Contract Update Report
- Contract Renewal Update
- Invoice Update
- Weekly Promotion report
- Contract renewal update of clients to team members (CSO, Brand team)
- Verifying and Sending contract in email and hard copy to the client and Follow up for collection of contract
- Sending Developers Quotations to the client and follow up for approvals of it
- Sending email for service renewed information and inform client via whats app or verbally
- Verifying and Processing for Production work after its completion
- Documents Required
- Project Cost Details – Estimate
- Costing Details will be provided by Brand
- Bills of Spendings
- Supportings of approval of projects
- Bill copy that has been sent to the client from ads
- Conducting internal meeting for service and deliverable update of clients
- Updating the optimus regularly
- Co ordinating with finance regarding bills of clients
- Reply emails of all client
- Verifying Quotations of CSO and update status in Optimus
Skills Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
- Advanced knowledge of best business practices.
- Experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses.
- Developing human resources policies, and monitoring compliance and performance.
- Proficiency in business operations management software.
