Job Description

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Python Django Developer to join their team. As a Junior Python Django Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of web applications using the Django framework. You will work closely with our senior developers to implement new features, fix bugs, and optimize performance.

Location: Kupondole

 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Assist in the development of web applications using Python and the Django framework.

  • Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new features.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues in existing applications.

  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

  • Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in web development.

  • Work closely with other team members, including designers and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python programming language.

  • Experience with the Django web framework.

  • Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
