Job Description

Our client is seeking for a creative and talented Junior UI/UX Designer to join their growing team. If you have 1 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design and a portfolio that showcases your design prowess and problem-solving skills, we’d love to meet you! In this role, you’ll collaborate with our design and development teams to craft intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces for our HR tech solutions, ensuring they cater to the needs of both employers and employees.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand project requirements and user needs in the HR tech domain.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for web and mobile applications, with a focus on HR processes.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs, aiming to enhance the user experience in HR workflows.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively and align with project objectives in the HR tech space.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, particularly within the HR tech industry.

 

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within the HR tech industry.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, especially as they apply to HR tech applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects, particularly in the HR tech sector, is required.Benefits:
