Job Description
Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and supporting project implementation. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, develop process flows, and ensure project objectives are met within the specified timeline.

Responsibilities:
– Gather and document business requirements through meetings, workshops, and surveys.
– Develop detailed functional specifications documents, Business requirement documents and ensure they align with business goals.
– Develop wireframes and other diagrams for better visualization of business requirements.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
– Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
– Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring timely milestones with the project team.
– Facilitate stakeholder meetings, present analysis findings, and communicate project status updates to the stakeholders.
– Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders on new systems and processes.
– Conduct research and analysis, identifying business opportunities and trends for recommendations to senior management.
– Conduct market research to understand client needs, preferences, and provide recommendations for product improvements and new developments
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
– Experience with data visualization and reporting tool.
– Familiarity with project management principles and software (e.g., Jira, Trello) and wireframing tools.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Technical Skills:
– Strong proficiency in testing systems and automated testing environments.
– Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Soft Skills:
– Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
– Industry Experience: Prior experience in fintech or related industries is a plus.
