Job Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored software solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to align solutions with client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Salary
Experience: 1+ years
Salary: NPR 30,000+
Bonus: On target bonus structure
Qualification for Mid-Level Business Development Officer
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software development industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with software development concepts and technologies is a plus.
