As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-Level Business Development Officer to join our team.

Job Description 

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored software solutions.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Salary

Experience: 1+ years

Salary: NPR 30,000+

Bonus: On target bonus structure

Qualification for Mid-Level Business Development Officer

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software development industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with software development concepts and technologies is a plus.
