We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Mid-Level SEO Specialist to join our team. As a Mid-Level SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of SEO experience and a strong understanding of Google algorithms.
Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and opportunities.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URL structure, and internal linking.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide detailed reports on key metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes and implement necessary adjustments to optimize website performance.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues affecting search engine visibility.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
- Implement off-page optimization techniques, including link building, guest blogging, and social media promotion.
- Monitor and manage SEO campaigns, including tracking keyword rankings, analyzing backlinks, and evaluating campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging SEO tools and techniques to enhance overall SEO strategies.
Salary / Stipend
Salary: The salary for this position ranges from 40,000 to 50,000 NPR per month, commensurate with experience.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Saturday)

Qualification for Mid-Level SEO Specialist at Hyteno
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of advanced SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Knowledgeable about advanced keyword research techniques, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page optimization strategies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the SEO landscape.
