Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our client to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all branches and franchises. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, process optimization, and team leadership, with a focus on driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Candidate’s Responsibility
- SOP Management: Develop, implement, and update SOPs for operational aspects like inventory, service delivery, and customer service.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily activities, ensuring smooth execution of services, and address operational bottlenecks.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve workflows using tools or technology to enhance efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal standards.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate on procurement and supply chain operations to maintain stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Team Leadership: Supervise branch managers, guide staff toward achieving goals, and foster a culture of collaboration and improvement.
- Customer Experience: Address escalated complaints and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present monthly operational reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in multi-branch or franchise-based industries.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems, process improvement methodologies, and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
