Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Management Intern to join our team and support our
daily operations. The successful candidate will work closely with our management team to gain hands-on
experience in various operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
∙Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
∙Support the management team in planning and executing various projects and initiatives
∙Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement in our current processes
∙Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new strategies to improve efficiency
and productivity
∙Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on business operations and strategies
∙Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, finance, and technical team to
ensure smooth operations across the organization.
Requirements:
∙Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∙Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Salary
Actual Salary + 10% commission on each ticket of Okay Journey Revenue
Working Hours: 9 AM-5 PM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
