Job Description 

As a Product Analyst Intern at Hyteno Tech, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of product management and analysis. This internship is designed for highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to the development and improvement of our products.

You will work closely with our CEO, product management, development & customers to support data-driven decision-making and assist in the development and execution of product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities related to our products. Use data visualisation tools to create meaningful insights.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitors’ offerings. Provide insights and recommendations based on your findings.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing. Summarise findings and provide recommendations for product improvements.
• Product Performance: Monitor and report on key product performance metrics. Identify areas of improvement and work with the team to develop action plans.
• Competitor Analysis: Keep track of industry trends and competitors’ product offerings. Provide insights on how our products compare and suggest areas for differentiation.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of your analysis, research, and findings. Create reports and presentations to communicate your insights effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the CEO, designers, developers, marketing, and customer success, to support product development and launch activities.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and tools for product analysis and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Currently, pass out +2 or enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in IT, Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Tech and Marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic product management principles is a plus.

Stipend/Salary

Starting from 15,000 per month on internship period.

Working Hours: 40 Hrs a week (Customers first, always.)

Duration: 3 months
