Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of .NET applications, providing technical guidance to junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

 

Our client stands as a prominent figure in the IT services sector, specializing in software development and web solutions with a team size exceeding 50 professionals. Their commitment spans across Nepali and international markets, where they tackle global challenges with digital innovations, enhancing business outcomes for their clients worldwide. Their suite of products include Academic ERP, Hospital ERP, Accounting Solution and management systems.

Location: Shankhamul (On-site)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications.
  • Lead the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and provide timely resolution.
  • Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends, and recommend best practices for implementation.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
