Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer with a strong background in Flutter Web and mobile app development. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and a track record of leadership in previous roles.
Our client is a rapidly growing tech-driven B2B SAAS company based in Kupandol, Lalitpur. They are passionate about building impactful web and mobile applications that provide innovative solutions to our customers. The team is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, where continuous learning and professional growth are encouraged.
Location: The position will initially be remote for the first three months, transitioning to a hybrid setup in our Kupandol, Lalitpur office.
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday and Friday half day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, responsive, and high-quality Flutter applications for both mobile and web platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the product, design, and backend teams to define and implement features aligned with company objectives.
- Lead a small team of junior-mid developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while following best practices for Flutter development.
- Debug and optimise application performance to ensure the highest quality user experience.
- Conduct regular code reviews to improve code quality, design, and testing.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to project planning, architecture, and task assignments.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience in Flutter development with a portfolio of completed Flutter apps (both mobile and web).
- Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a leadership role, managing or mentoring other developers is essential.
- Remote Flexibility: Ability to work remotely for the first 3 months, with a willingness to transition to a hybrid work model in Kupandol, Lalitpur.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
- Experience with Flutter Web, as well as iOS and Android mobile app development.
- Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time-management abilities.
- Team-oriented and willing to mentor junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in Flutter.
- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture and agile methodologies.
