Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of experience to drive system design, lead engineering teams, and deliver scalable solutions in TypeScript. You’ll be a
technical cornerstone, ensuring best practices and fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Team Mentorship
● Lead cross-functional teams in delivering end-to-end solutions.
● Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and hands-on guidance.
System Design & Architecture
● Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
● Evaluate trade-offs between performance, cost, and complexity in design decisions.
Full Stack Development
● Build robust frontend (React/Vue preferred) and backend (Node.js/PHP preferred)
● Integrate databases (MySQL, MongoDB), APIs, and cloud services (AWS preferred).
Collaboration & Process Improvement
● Partner with product managers and stakeholders to align technical execution with
business goals.
● Champion Agile/Scrum practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools
Innovation & Troubleshooting
● Stay ahead of industry trends and advocate for modern tools/techniques.
● Diagnose and resolve complex performance and security issues.

Qualifications
Must Haves
● 7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
● Mastery of Typescript or similar language, modern frameworks (React, Node.js), and
system design principles.
● Expertise in cloud platforms, relational/NoSQL databases, and distributed systems.
● Proven track record in DevOps practices, testing (Jest/Mocha), and CI/CD.
● Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for non-engineers.
Preferred Skills
● Contributions to open-source projects.
● Experience with microservices, containerization, and performance optimization.
● Experience with end-to-end ownership of a product
