Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Node.js to lead the development of scalable web applications. You will play a key role in architecting, designing, and optimizing applications while mentoring junior developers and driving best practices. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Work mode: Onsite, 9-6 pm

Location: Patan dhoka, Lalitpur

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

* Architect, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Node.js.

* Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions for complex business needs.

* Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.

* Optimize applications for security, performance, and scalability.

* Lead and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers.

* Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation for deployment and testing.

* Stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for best development practices.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong backend focus.

* Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or Nest.js.

* Strong database expertise in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

* Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.

* Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.

* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

* Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools

(Kubernetes).

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

* Strong communication skills with experience in team leadership and mentoring.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.

* Knowledge of performance tuning, caching strategies, and distributed systems.

* Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

* Understanding of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code
